Well done, compelling story about an pious young man's descent into the sordid underworld of an international drug operation at first unwittingly and then with full knowldege of the implications of his actions. The portrayal of his moral decline allows us to continue to feel sympathy for the character and root for his ultimate redemption. Jesse Eisenberg makes a departure from the usual type of young man he plays in "The Squid and the Whale", Adventureland" and now "Solitary man" and does an admirable job.
